This was my second visit to Inkanto. I had great service with Andrea. I had the mixed traditional Ceviche (Corvina, squid, shrimp) with medium heat. The dish is served in a large ceramic bowl with the traditional Peruvian corn and sweet potato. Excellent fresh taste with the ingredients cured just right. I highly recommend Inkanto.
